Nyn\u00ed \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pr\u00e1ci jedn\u00e9 z dobrovolnick\u00fdch kuchyn\u00ed na b\u00e1zi restaurace v Kyjev\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vedle n\u00ed pracuj\u00ed nejen profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed kucha\u0159i, ale i soused\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se rozhodli p\u0159idat:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eJen jsem napsala do domovn\u00edho chatu, kde b\u011b\u017en\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00edme probl\u00e9my v dom\u00e1cnosti, \u017ee je mo\u017enost otev\u0159\u00edt si kuchyni a va\u0159it tam pro arm\u00e1du a nemocnice. Ani jsem ne\u010dekala, \u017ee se ozve tolik lid\u00ed. Ukazuje se, \u017ee mnoz\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed m\u011bstu pomoci, ale jen nev\u011bd\u00ed jak. Abych byla up\u0159\u00edmn\u00e1, p\u0159ed v\u00e1lkou jsem v\u011bt\u0161inu sv\u00fdch soused\u016f ani nepozn\u00e1vala a za posledn\u00ed dva dny jsme se v\u0161ichni sp\u0159\u00e1telili,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Anja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 na prvn\u00ed okam\u017eiky v\u00e1lky: \u201eM\u011bla jsem to stejn\u011b jako ostatn\u00ed. Nikdy v \u017eivot\u011b jsem si nep\u0159edstavovala, \u017ee jednou m\u011b mu\u017e probud\u00ed uprost\u0159ed noci a \u0159ekne, \u017ee za\u010dala v\u00e1lka.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S man\u017eelem se nezorientovali a neopustili Kyjev v prvn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch. A kdy\u017e pak zv\u00e1\u017eili pro a proti, rozhodli se z\u016fstat, proto\u017ee jsou tady nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9: sestra, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ed 10 dny porodila d\u00edt\u011b, a star\u00e1 babi\u010dka, kter\u00e9 je 90 let.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eNa tom, \u017ee jsme z\u016fstali, nen\u00ed nic hrdinsk\u00e9ho. Prost\u011b jsme moc dob\u0159e pochopili, \u017ee kdy\u017e pojedeme, nikdo se o na\u0161e p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9 nepostar\u00e1. A \u017ee neb\u00fdt s nimi, nemoct jim pomoci je hor\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e se probouzet a us\u00ednat za zvuk\u016f v\u00fdbuch\u016f a sir\u00e9n.\u201c<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0158\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee te\u010f vl\u00e1dnou pocity zoufalstv\u00ed a bezmoci, ale dobrovolnictv\u00ed jim pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s t\u011bmito pocity se alespo\u0148 trochu vyrovnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd den je jako ve filmu \u201eNa Hromnice o den v\u00edce\u201c. Cel\u00e1 rodina sp\u00ed na chodb\u011b, boty si d\u00e1v\u00e1 za dve\u0159e, aby v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u00faderu rychleji vyb\u011bhli. Vst\u00e1vaj\u00ed, sn\u00eddaj\u00ed, pracuj\u00ed v kuchyni. Ve\u010der doma zhasnou v\u0161echna sv\u011btla a poprv\u00e9 za den \u010dtou zpr\u00e1vy: t\u011b\u0161\u00ed se z mal\u00fdch v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed a poci\u0165uj\u00ed hrdost na arm\u00e1du. Modl\u00ed se.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anja sn\u00ed o tom, \u017ee bude po v\u00e1lce pracovat trochu m\u00e9n\u011b a bude tr\u00e1vit v\u00edce \u010dasu se svou rodinou: \u201eTato v\u00e1lka uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eete okam\u017eit\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edt o v\u0161echno. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee p\u0159edt\u00edm bylo tolik v\u011bc\u00ed k nezaplacen\u00ed \u2014 mo\u017enost kdykoli obejmout bl\u00edzk\u00e9, tolik sv\u011btla a radosti. Ale v\u017edycky jsem byla pln\u00e1 \u00fazkost\u00ed, \u0159e\u0161ila jsem n\u011bjak\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed probl\u00e9my a ani jsem si neuv\u011bdomovala, kolik \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed je v ka\u017ed\u00e9m okam\u017eiku, kdy nen\u00ed v\u00e1lka.\u201c <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Anji je 34 let. Before the war, she was a manager of a popular restaurant in Kyiv. Now she organizes work in volunteer kitchens using the facilities of a restaurant.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No professional chefs work next to her, but neighbors who have decided to help.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018I have just texted in the chat of our house, where we usually solve household issues: we can open the kitchen and cook food for the military and hospitals. I did not expect so many people to answer the call. It turns out that a lot of people want to help the city; they just don\u2019t know how to. To be honest, before the war I did not even recognize most of my neighbors, and in the last two days we all became friends,\u2019 says Anya.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She recalls the first moments of the war: \u2018I was like everyone else. I never imagined in my life that one day someone would wake me up in the middle of the night and say that the war had started.\u2019<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She and her husband had not found their bearings and had not left Kyiv in the first few hours. And then, after they weighed the pros and cons, they decided to stay for the closest people that were there: a sister who gave birth to a child 10 days ago and an old grandmother who is 90 years old.<\/span>\r\n<blockquote><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018There is nothing heroic in our decision to stay. We just knew perfectly well that if we leave, no one will take care of our relatives. And it's worse for us not to be with them, not to be able to help than to wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of explosions and sirens.\u2019<\/span><\/blockquote>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anya says that now she feels mostly desperate and helpless but volunteering helps to cope with it, at least a bit.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every day is like a \u2018marmot day\u2019. The whole family sleeps in the hallway, putting their shoes outside the door to run out faster in case of a strike. They wake up, eat, and work in the kitchen. In the evening, at home, they turn all the lights off, and for the first time in a day, they read the news rejoicing in small victories and feeling proud of the army. They pray.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the war, Anya dreams of working a little less and spending more time with her family: \u2018This war has shown that you can lose everything in a moment. It turned out that before there were so many priceless things: the opportunity to hug those who you love at any time, there was so much light and joy.
