Avant la guerre, elle travaillait comme directrice d&rsquo;un restaurant tr\u00e8s populaire de la capitale. Maintenant elle organise le travail de l&rsquo;une des cuisines b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sur la base de ce restaurant \u00e0 Kyiv.\u00a0 Ce ne sont pas des chefs professionnels qui travaillent avec Anna, mais des voisins qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se joindre:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab J\u2019ai juste \u00e9crit sur notre tchat de discussion, o\u00f9 nous trouvons habituellement des solutions aux probl\u00e8mes m\u00e9nagers qu\u2019il \u00e9tait possible d&rsquo;ouvrir une cuisine et d&rsquo;y cuisiner pour les militaires et les h\u00f4pitaux. A vrai dire je ne m&rsquo;attendais m\u00eame pas \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;autant de personnes r\u00e9pondent. En fait, beaucoup de personnes veulent aider la ville, mais ils ne savent tout simplement pas comment. Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, avant la guerre, je ne reconnaissais m\u00eame pas la plupart de mes voisins, et au cours de ces deux derniers jours, nous sommes devenus presque amis \u00bb, explique Anna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle se souvient des premiers instants de la guerre : \u00ab Tout \u00e9tait comme d&rsquo;habitude. Mais je n&rsquo;aurais jamais imagin\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un jour mon mari\u00a0 me r\u00e9veillerait dans la nuit et me dirait que la guerre avait commenc\u00e9 .\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anna et son mari ne se sont pas d\u00e9cid\u00e9s tout de suite et n&rsquo;ont pas quitt\u00e9 Kyiv aux premi\u00e8res heures. Et puis, quand ils ont pes\u00e9 <\/span><b>\u00ab<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> le pour \u00bb et <\/span><b>\u00ab<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> le contre \u00bb, ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019y rester car il y a tous leurs proches : une s\u0153ur qui a accouch\u00e9 il y a 10 jours, et une grand-m\u00e8re \u00e2g\u00e9e qui a 90 ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Il n&rsquo;y a rien d&rsquo;h\u00e9ro\u00efque dans le fait que nous soyons rest\u00e9s. Nous venons de comprendre que si nous partons, personne ne s&rsquo;occupera de nos proches. Et c&rsquo;est pire pour nous de ne pas \u00eatre avec eux, de ne pas pouvoir les aider, que de se r\u00e9veiller et de s&rsquo;endormir au son des explosions et des sir\u00e8nes .\u00bb<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaque jour est comme <\/span><b>\u00ab <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le jour de la marmotte .\u00bb Toute la famille d\u2019Anna dort dans le couloir, mettant ses chaussures devant la porte pour courir plus vite en cas de bombardement. Chaque jour, ils se r\u00e9veillent, mangent, travaillent dans la cuisine. Quand le soir arrive, toutes les lumi\u00e8res sont \u00e9teintes \u00e0 la maison et apr\u00e8s, pour la premi\u00e8re fois de la journ\u00e9e, ils lisent les nouvelles: ils se r\u00e9jouissent des petites victoires et sont fiers de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e. Ils prient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s la guerre, Anna r\u00eave de travailler un peu moins et de passer plus de temps avec sa famille: \u00ab Cette guerre a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;on peut tout perdre en un instant. On se rend compte de ce qui \u00e9tait inestimable : la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;embrasser ses proches \u00e0 tout moment, la lumi\u00e8re et la joie de notre quotidien. Moi, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais toujours occup\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rents probl\u00e8mes professionnels et je ne r\u00e9alisais m\u00eame pas \u00e0 quel point le bonheur c\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e0 chaque instant\u2026quand il n&rsquo;y avait pas de guerre \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Anna a 34 ans. Before the war, she was a manager of a popular restaurant in Kyiv. Now she organizes work in volunteer kitchens using the facilities of a restaurant.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No professional chefs work next to her, but neighbors who have decided to help.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018I have just texted in the chat of our house, where we usually solve household issues: we can open the kitchen and cook food for the military and hospitals. I did not expect so many people to answer the call. It turns out that a lot of people want to help the city; they just don\u2019t know how to. To be honest, before the war I did not even recognize most of my neighbors, and in the last two days we all became friends,\u2019 says Anya.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She recalls the first moments of the war: \u2018I was like everyone else. I never imagined in my life that one day someone would wake me up in the middle of the night and say that the war had started.\u2019<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She and her husband had not found their bearings and had not left Kyiv in the first few hours. And then, after they weighed the pros and cons, they decided to stay for the closest people that were there: a sister who gave birth to a child 10 days ago and an old grandmother who is 90 years old.<\/span>\r\n<blockquote><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018There is nothing heroic in our decision to stay. We just knew perfectly well that if we leave, no one will take care of our relatives. And it's worse for us not to be with them, not to be able to help than to wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of explosions and sirens.\u2019<\/span><\/blockquote>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anya says that now she feels mostly desperate and helpless but volunteering helps to cope with it, at least a bit.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every day is like a \u2018marmot day\u2019. The whole family sleeps in the hallway, putting their shoes outside the door to run out faster in case of a strike. They wake up, eat, and work in the kitchen. In the evening, at home, they turn all the lights off, and for the first time in a day, they read the news rejoicing in small victories and feeling proud of the army. They pray.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the war, Anya dreams of working a little less and spending more time with her family: \u2018This war has shown that you can lose everything in a moment. It turned out that before there were so many priceless things: the opportunity to hug those who you love at any time, there was so much light and joy.
